I Cannot Live Without Books --- Thomas Jefferson

I fell in love with this quote when I visited Washington and The Library of Congress and wanted to design a poster so that I could put it up in my office.

Click on the image to get a copy of the image and the PDF version can be accessed here.

I have used Nicky Laatz's Stringfellows font and watercolour styles purchased with a commercial licence. I have also used digital papers from Pixel Scrapper and Janet Scott's Reading, Writing and Artithmetic Paper Kit.

2015 Calendar for Teachers

A new year begins...

This is a project I've been wanting to work on for some time. I wanted a calendar that I could use for my own planning at school. I have created a PDF version and an editable PDF version. I still like to use pen and paper in the initial stages and wanted something I could print out and write on, but eventually I want to put them in a hard copy so I have created the editable version to do that as well.

I have included a section for notes as well as a quote about teaching, learning or teachers on each page.

You can access the PDF version here and the editable PDF version here.

These calendars have been created using Stampin' Ups My Digital Studios and Adobe Photoshop CC 2014. The font is Stringfellows by Nicky Laatz and I have used Gold Leaf Press by Ian Bernard accessed with commercial licences through Design Cuts.
